A reminder that the gym will be closed  Saturday And Sunday  for the Canada day  long weekend  &  CrossFit certification taking place  during that time. The gym will be open starting at noon on Monday July 2nd. You can train at CrossFit Laval Saturday at 9, 10 or 11 am.
