The fastest way is by email via email@example.com. Although we are opened all day, our coaches’ priority is to focus on the clients who are working out over answering the phone. If you call the gym during group classes and you get no answer, you can leave a message. We usually answer to voice messages within 24-36 hrs. An email answer is usually given the same day depending on the hour at which it is received. If you do not leave a message and don’t send an email, we can’t call you back. You can always drop by the gym to ask your questions in person. Make sure you verify the hours of business on the website beforehand.
