The process to get started is simple...

Here's some insight into your first experience at CrossFit Montreal!

New to CrossFit?

The intro class

We know new things can be intimidating. The intro class helps you ease your way into our type of training at your own pace. You will then be able to imagine what your journey will look like at CrossFit Montreal.

Tell us about your goals and our experienced staff will guide you and help you make the right choices. This class is for people new to CrossFit.


01.

Schedule your intro.

Choose and reserve between 2 options:
  • INTRO-1: 1 intro class
  • INTRO-3: 1 intro class + 2 regular classes

02.

Learn the movements.

Learn technique of the movements you'll be doing in the workout. We show you how to scale/modify these movements to your current fitness level.

03.

Discover your routine.

At the end of the session, we go through a short workout at the appropriate pace for your current fitness level.
