Mizar

Nous souhaitons la bienvenue à Mizar Fuentez-Ortega dans le programme de formation de CrossFit Montréal. Il débutera sa formation la semaine prochaine pour devenir instructeur à CrossFit Montréal.
Mizar est Instructeur CrossFit Niveau 1 . Il a aussi pratiqué la gymnastique durant 7 ans et l’a enseigné pendant 8 ans. Il détient une certification de coach de gymnastique niveau 1.
