Everyone is welcome, no experience needed to participate in our regular classes. Workouts are tailored to all levels.

Class Types
CrossFit — One-hour functional group workouts, suitable for all levels. Every session is led by a certified coach.
Open Gym — Free access to the gym to train at your own pace. Included with all memberships and passes.
Intro Classes — Beginner intro classes are also sometimes offered at select times throughout the month. Check the schedule using the filter to find the next "beginner” class.

Do I need to book in advance? Yes, we recommend reserving your spot through the online schedule or the Mindbody app.
Are classes included in my membership? Yes, CrossFit classes and Open Gym access are included with all memberships and passes.
